Chinese noodles with vegetables and chicken

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 packs of Mie noodles, total 500 g
  • 1 small Chinese cabbage
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 bunch of carrots
  • 600 g chicken
  • Soy sauce, dark
  • Chinese spice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes

About 2 hours before cooking, cut the chicken into thin strips and marinate in soy sauce. Store in the refrigerator. Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips, the spring onions into rings, and the carrots into small sticks. Briefly brown the meat and remove from the pot or wok. Then sauté the vegetables. Meanwhile, prepare the Chinese noodles according to the package instructions and drain. Finally, combine all ingredients in a large pot or bowl and season. Use plenty of soy sauce. The noodles should turn brown.
