Onion – bacon – bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • ½ pack of dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp marjoram
  • some pepper
  • some paprika powder
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • Bacon, diced as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Dice the onion and fry it with the bacon in a little clarified butter. Let it cool slightly. Make a yeast dough from the flour, yeast, spices, and water. Knead in the bacon and diced onion and let it rise for about 1 hour. Place the dough on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan and spray with a little water. Bake at 200°C for about 50 minutes.
