Lamb chops with wild garlic sour cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 lamb chops (150 g each)
  • 1 bunch of wild garlic
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. raw cane sugar
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 80 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Fahrenheit) with a shallow dish. Briefly sear the chops in a pan with a little oil. Chop the wild garlic, then mix well with the sour cream, maple syrup, and balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and sugar. Place the chops in the dish. Spread some wild garlic cream on each chop. Let them rest in the oven for about 25 minutes.
