Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 kiwis
- 1 apple or pear
- 1 handful of grapes, light or red, optional
- ½ avocado(s)
- 2 handfuls of lamb’s lettuce
- 1 handful of leaf spinach, optional
- ½ tsp ginger, sliced
- n. B. Mineral water, still
Instructions

without banana – with lamb’s lettuce, kiwi, avocado, apple, grapes – healthy and delicious – not so sweet
Roughly chop the kiwis, pear, or apple and puree with a handful of grapes. Add half an avocado, lamb’s lettuce, spinach, and ginger and puree again. Top up with still water until the desired consistency is reached. This amount is easily enough for four large 240 ml glasses, so you’ll get 1-1.5 liters during preparation. It depends on how runny or mushy you like your smoothie. Tips: If you like, season with lemon and salt. You can also omit the grapes and spinach. If it’s too much for you at once, I recommend freezing it in portions.
