Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chops
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 3 tbsp honey
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Season the chops with salt, pepper, and paprika and fry in a pan. Remove them from the pan and keep warm. Halve the onion and slice into rings. Add the margarine to the pan and melt. Add the onion rings and let them soften slightly, then stir in the honey. Add the chops to the honey-coated onions and serve. We like to eat them with fried potatoes and salad.
