Lamb skewers with prunes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g lamb (lamb rump)
  • 8 prunes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • n. B. herbs
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Finely chop the garlic and mix with the oil and herbs. Cut the meat into large cubes and mix with the oil and garlic mixture, then season with salt and pepper. Thread the cubes onto the skewers, alternating with the plums. Sear the skewers for about 2 minutes on each side. Tip: Serve with a salad or sweet potatoes and caramelized onions.
