Lamb chops with balsamic pears

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bulb(s)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 lamb chops (approx. 70 g each)
  • 80 g Gorgonzola
  • 4 sprigs rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Halve the pears and core them. Mix the balsamic vinegar with the oil, salt, and pepper and brush the pears and chops with it. Arrange the pear halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes. Then add the chops and roast for about 5 minutes. Cut the Gorgonzola into 4 cubes and place them on top of the pears. Arrange the rosemary sprigs on top, turn the chops once, and roast everything for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
