Fried potatoes with sucuk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ sucuk (Turkish garlic sausage)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
  • 2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel the potatoes, slice them, and cook until al dente. Dice the onion and fry in a little oil for about 1 minute. Slice the sucuk, add it to the onions, and fry for another 2 minutes. Now add the potatoes and the chopped garlic clove, season, and fry until crispy and brown. Whisk the eggs with the milk and pour over the fried potatoes. Stir occasionally, and after 4-5 minutes, arrange on plates. Serve with a delicious flatbread.
