Simple Yogurette Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 bars of chocolate (Yogurette, 30 bars)
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 package of sponge cake

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Simple, quick and delicious!

Cut one-third of the Yogurette into small pieces. Shave the rest into small pieces. The Yogurette should be as hard as possible so it doesn’t melt when shaved; freeze briefly beforehand if necessary. Whisk the mascarpone and powdered sugar until smooth and mix with the Yogurette pieces. Add the chopped strawberries. Reserve a few for decoration. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the mascarpone mixture. Spread the mixture over the sponge cake. Finally, spread the shaved Yogurette over the cake, and a few strawberries for decoration wouldn’t hurt either.
