Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tsp goose fat
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 200 g sausage (cooked sausage)
- 600 g kale, cooked and chopped
- 400 ml broth
- 200 g processed cheese
- Mustard
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Dice the onions, finely dice the garlic, and sauté in the goose fat. Cut the sausage into small pieces and sauté. Add the kale, broth, and processed cheese and bring to a boil. Season with mustard, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Serve with rustic bread or multigrain rolls.
