Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g mixed bell peppers
- 250 g peas
- 250 g carrot(s)
- 250 g beans
- 100 g broccoli
- 100 g cauliflower
- 2 tbsp broth, granulated
- 1 pack of diced ham
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 500 g minced meat
- 250 g soup noodles
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp curry
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 liters of water
- 250 ml red wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with minced meat balls
First, clean and finely chop the vegetables – dice if possible. Then, fry the ham cubes in a preheated pan. Then add the onions and sauté until translucent. Next, add the vegetables, then pour water and a little red wine over everything. Let this simmer for about 50 minutes. Beforehand, add the mustard, stock, and sugar. Then, in a separate bowl, season the minced meat and form it into small balls. Add these after about 40 minutes and simmer until the end. Five minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the pasta and let it simmer.
