Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g gnocchi
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 packs of mozzarella
- e.g. Parmesan
- e.g. basil
- e.g. olive oil
- e.g. salt and pepper

vegetarian, quick and simple
Cook the gnocchi. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and mozzarella into small cubes and place them in a bowl. Add pepper, salt, olive oil, and (fresh) basil and stir. The cold sauce is ready. Serve the gnocchi with fresh Parmesan cheese and the cold sauce. Super quick and super delicious.
