Noodle pot with minced meat and vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 375 g minced meat, mixed
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp broth, clear
  • 1 pack of mixed vegetables, frozen (Leipziger Allerlei)
  • 250 g pasta, small (preferably fork spaghetti)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the butter in a large saucepan and sauté the diced onion until translucent. Add the ground beef and fry until browned, stirring occasionally. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dissolve the tomato paste and clear broth in 1.5 liters of water and deglaze with it. Bring everything to a boil. Add the Leipziger Allerlei (no need to thaw) and pasta, and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the parsley and dill and stir in after cooking. Season the pasta pot with salt, pepper, and paprika. Top up the water if necessary.
