Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large pomegranate, ripe
- 2 bananas
- 6 lettuce leaves
- n. B. water
Instructions

Green smoothie, pomegranate, banana, salad
Cut the pomegranate into 4 pieces, remove the red seeds, and place them in a blender. Peel the bananas and add them to the blender in chunks. Wash the lettuce leaves and add them to the blender. Then fill with water up to the 125 ml mark and blend on high for 2 minutes. The flavor of this smoothie depends heavily on the ripeness of the pomegranate. Anything from quite sour to deliciously sweet is possible.
