Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast
- 300 g cauliflower (creamed cauliflower), frozen
- 250 g green beans, frozen
- 400 ml cream
- 200 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- Broth, granulated
- Sauce thickener
- Parsley, dried
- Chives, dried
- Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the meat into pieces, weigh the beans and cauliflower. Set aside the cream cubes from the cauliflower bag. I always use about 100g. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and a little granulated stock and brown. Add the cauliflower and beans. Add the cream cubes as well. Fry everything briefly. Then deglaze with cream and milk and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Add the dried spices and a dash of Worcestershire sauce and bring back to a boil briefly. Finally, thicken slightly with a sauce thickener. Serve with rice and a crisp salad.
