Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg schnitzel meat (poultry and pork)
- 2 jars of mushrooms with juice
- 1 jar tomato peppers with juice
- 500 g onion(s)
- 1 gr. can/n peas with juice
- 2 packs of processed cheese
- 250 g chili sauce
- 250 g curry sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the meat into goulash-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Layer the meat, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, onions (sliced into rings), and peas in a large ovenproof pot. Add most of the liquid. Melt the cheese spread in a small portion, add the chili sauce and curry sauce, and pour everything into the pot. Stir. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 2 hours. Serve with white bread or rice.
