Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg schnitzel meat (poultry and pork)
  • 2 jars of mushrooms with juice
  • 1 jar tomato peppers with juice
  • 500 g onion(s)
  • 1 gr. can/n peas with juice
  • 2 packs of processed cheese
  • 250 g chili sauce
  • 250 g curry sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the meat into goulash-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Layer the meat, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, onions (sliced ​​into rings), and peas in a large ovenproof pot. Add most of the liquid. Melt the cheese spread in a small portion, add the chili sauce and curry sauce, and pour everything into the pot. Stir. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 2 hours. Serve with white bread or rice.
