Spinach with Parmesan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 package of spinach (frozen)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Parmesan, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 shot of Maggi
  • Butter or oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic, and fry briefly in a pan with hot butter or oil. Add the spinach to the pan. Defrost, then cook. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and a dash of Maggi. Finally, stir in a good teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese. Bring back to a boil and serve as a side dish of your choice. Tip: If you want a little more spice, you can also add a tiny dash of Tabasco (but you have to like it).
