- 75 g ham (diced)
- 1 large egg(s)
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- some oil
- some salt and pepper
- some thyme

English breakfast with a twist
Heat the oil in a pan. Peel and dice the potatoes, fry them until golden brown, then add the ham cubes and fry briefly. Crack the egg and add the crème fraîche. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
