Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 200 g cheese, medium-aged Gouda (in one piece)
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel, halve, and deseed the cucumber. Wash, trim, and finely chop the radishes. Remove the rind from the cheese and cut into small cubes. Mix everything together. Finely chop the chives. Mix the yogurt with the crème fraîche, oil, and horseradish. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the salad. Scatter the chives on top.
