Spaghetti with fried poultry sausage, egg and onion

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch of coriander powder
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • Cheese (Emmental)
  • 100 g sausages (poultry), sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and fry the onions and sausage until crispy. Now add the pasta to the pan and mix everything well. Season. Crack an egg over the pasta and fry until lightly crispy. Grate some Emmental cheese over the pasta and let it melt. Serve on a large plate.
