Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 onions, white
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 300 g cooked ham, e.g. butter ham
- 50 g butter
- 500 g fusilli or other pasta
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
quick and easy
Finely dice the onions. Then quarter the tomatoes and finely chop the ham. Melt the butter in a large pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Then add the tomatoes and cook over medium heat until softened. Meanwhile, cook the pasta as usual. Add the ham to the vegetables in the pan. Now add the egg to the ham and vegetables in the pan. When the pasta is cooked, drain, add it, and stir in. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
