Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 jacket potatoes
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 6 gherkins
  • 6 tbsp fish (pollock schnitzel, 2 small jars)
  • 2 onions
  • 2 apples
  • 1 jar Miracel Whip or salad yoghurt cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut all solid ingredients into small cubes and mix with the jar of Miracle Whip. Let the salad sit for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight). The salad tastes even better the next day. It’s dressed without any additional seasonings.
