Banana fillet pot with mountain cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pork fillet(s)
  • 2 large bananas, ripe
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 125 g mountain cheese such as Appenzeller, Gruyere, Tete de Moine, Gruyère
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Peel and slice the bananas. Slice the fillet and sear them in oil. Meanwhile, season the cream with the spices. Layer the bananas and fillet in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Finally, sprinkle the grated mountain cheese over the top. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 35 minutes using either fan-assisted or top and bottom heat. Serve with salad and curry rice.
