Strawberry limeade with white rum

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g sugar
  • 300 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 50 g lemon juice
  • 50 g water, cold
  • 165 g white rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Puree the strawberries with the sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and puree again. Chill. I actually wanted to make an original strawberry limeade, but I mixed up the vodka and used rum instead. The result was still very, very delicious, fruity, and slightly tart. My guests preferred this version to the original with vodka. Everyone loved it.
