Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 large bananas
- 300 ml yogurt
- 400 ml orange juice
- n. B. sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Place the raspberries, peeled bananas, and yogurt in a blender and blend well. Then add the orange juice and blend everything well again. Finally, you can add a little sugar, depending on how sweet you like it. Tip: This smoothie also tastes great with strawberries. I usually use frozen fruit, so it’s a perfect smoothie for warm days.
