Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 packs of herring
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ apple
- 2 cups of crème fraîche
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 3 tsp dill tips, freeze-dried
- 2 tbsp salad herbs, freeze-dried
- n. B. Pfeffer
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the herring, dry it lightly with kitchen paper, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and place it in a bowl. Peel the onion and apple, dice them very finely, and add them to the fish. Combine the cream, crème fraîche, dill tips, and salad herbs and add them to the fish, onions, and apple. Stir everything thoroughly. Serve with boiled, boiled, or fried potatoes. It also tastes delicious as a topping for bread or rolls and is perfect for a cold buffet.
