Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 head of white cabbage
- 10 large carrots
- 1 bunch of parsley
- e.g. vegetable broth, instant
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Simple and vegetarian
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and season with vegetable stock powder. Quarter the cabbage and cut into strips, making sure the strips aren’t too long, then simmer with the lid on for half an hour. Now slice the carrots equally and cook with the cabbage for another half hour. Finely chop the parsley and cook with the cabbage and carrots for 2 minutes.
