Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup(s) soft wheat (Ebly)
  • 1 can/n tomato paste, approx. 80 g
  • ½ pack of grated mozzarella, approx. 100 g
  • basil
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

like pasta with tomato sauce

Cook the Ebly according to the instructions. When the Ebly is ready, add the tomato paste. Add the cheese and wait until it’s melted. Stir frequently. Then season to taste. It’s quick and tastes good.
