Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • some lemon juice
  • some tomatoes, dried
  • 1 feta cheese
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ½ onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese

Halve the avocado and scoop out the flesh with a spoon, then place it in a small bowl. Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice over the avocado. Chop the half onion, the garlic clove (you can leave it out depending on your evening plans), and a little sun-dried tomato as finely as possible and mix in. Season with a spoonful of cream cheese (or sour cream, for example), salt, pepper, and Tabasco, then mash with a fork. Finally, dice the feta cheese, add it, and stir again. It’s especially delicious with nachos.
