Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 m.-sized potatoes
- ½ ring/s poultry sausage
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 1 half cucumber(s)
- 3 eggs
- ½ bunch of spring onions
- lots of parsley
- lots of dill
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
incredibly light and delicious, without mayo
Boil the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized cubes, while finely dice the chicken sausage. Grate the cucumber (a bit more if you like) and the radishes. Finely dice the boiled eggs. Finely chop the spring onions and the herbs. Combine everything in a large bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients. Don’t overmix. This salad tastes best cold, of course!
