Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g minced meat (tartar)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 3 potatoes
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 50 g processed cheese, light
- salt and pepper
Instructions

the low-calorie version!
Fry the tartar and chopped onion without fat until crispy. Add the sliced leeks and potato pieces and sauté briefly. Pour in the vegetable stock and simmer gently for 15 minutes. Stir in the melted cheese, season to taste, and serve.
