Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g minced meat, low-fat or poultry mince
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow, diced
  • 200 g potatoes
  • 200 g beans, green, fresh
  • 1 can kidney beans, approx. 400 g
  • n. B. herb salt and pepper
  • n. B. Gyros spice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

First, clean and wash the green beans and cook them in a pot of salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, peel and dice the potatoes and onion. Place the kidney beans in a sieve and rinse with water. Brown the potatoes in a non-stick pan. Add the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. When the ground beef is browned, add the diced bell peppers and cook. Once the vegetables are cooked through, add the green beans and mix. Briefly sauté. Finally, add the washed kidney beans. Season to taste with spices such as gyro seasoning and herb salt. I particularly like this combination.
