Marzipan muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g syrup (agave, apple syrup), or honey
  • 250 ml yogurt or sour cream
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g chocolate (marzipan), small, sliced
  • 5 drops of bitter almond flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Whisk the egg, 1/2 eggshell, water, yogurt, flavoring, and agave syrup until frothy. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir briefly. Finally, add the chocolate. Fill into 12 muffin cups and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
