Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml milk, low-fat
  • 125 g honey
  • 125 g cane sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pack of flavoring (Citro – Back)
  • 1 pack flavoring (orange baking)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 250 g flour
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the flour in a saucepan and heat gently until the honey is liquid. Then stir in the flour. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C for about 50 minutes. Note: This makes a loaf pan with a capacity of approximately 1 liter, but it also works well in silicone baking molds.
