Mix the soy sauce, mustard, and honey and season with pepper. Pour the marinade into a bowl, add the salmon fillets, coat well, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes (turning occasionally). Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut each leaf into about three large pieces. Heat a little water in a saucepan and sauté the Chinese cabbage, seasoning with salt. Heat oil in a pan and fry the salmon fillets on both sides. About 1 minute before removing from the pan, add the rest of the marinade and let it thicken briefly.
