Anika's quick pasta dish

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta (fusilli)
  • 250 g minced meat (poultry mince)
  • 1 can kidney beans (drained weight 255 g)
  • 1 large tomato(s), diced
  • 1 cube of vegetable stock
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Soy sauce
  • ½ onion(s), finely diced
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dissolve the stock cube in 1 liter of water in a large pot and bring the stock to a boil. Add the noodles and cook until al dente. Cut the ground beef into small pieces and fry well in a little oil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the diced onion and fry. Add the drained beans and tomato and heat through, stirring. Stir in the drained noodles and season everything with a little salt and pepper. Then season with soy sauce to taste.
