Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese, natural (light version also possible)
- 200 g crème fraîche, natural (or sour cream)
- 2 tsp sambal oelek
- 2 small spring onions
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Delicious with fresh bread
In a bowl, whisk the cream cheese and crème fraîche until smooth. Add the sambal oelek. Be careful, it can get very spicy quickly! It’s best to start with a teaspoon at a time and taste as you go. Wash and trim the spring onions, then slice them into very fine rings. Mix them into the cream with a fork. Season with salt and pepper. The spiciness will be even more pronounced once the cream has infused.
