Chinese cabbage – pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 can pineapple pieces
  • 3 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 bags of ready-made mix for Chinese pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean and wash the Chinese cabbage, remove the stalks, and cut into strips. Clean and wash the spring onions and slice into rings. Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and white inner membranes, and cut into thin strips. Drain the pineapple chunks, reserving the juice. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, sauté the vegetables, and season with soy sauce to taste. Add the pineapple juice to 1/4 liter of water and add to the vegetables. Stir in the Chinese stir-fry mix, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat.
