Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch spring onion(s), thinly sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- Ginger, fresh, about 4 cm, peeled and chopped
- 1 small Chinese cabbage, cut into strips
- 4 eggs, beaten and salted
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 ½ tsp sambal oelek
- 4 tbsp kebab manis
- 50 ml broth

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat oil in a pan. Sauté garlic, ginger, and onions over high heat for 1 minute. Add cabbage and cook, stirring, for about 3 minutes. Deglaze with broth and reduce heat. Stir in seasoning sauces, add eggs, and let set. Serve with rice.
