Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g millet
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 300 g frozen mixed vegetables of your choice
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • oil
  • Spice(s) of your choice

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Vegetarian meatballs

First, bring the frozen vegetables to a boil with the vegetable stock. Then add the millet and let it swell with the lid on over medium heat. Roughly chop any larger pieces of vegetables and season to taste. Let the mixture cool, then stir in the eggs and breadcrumbs. Heat a pan with oil and form the batter into patties. Fry gently, as the patties will burn easily.
