Grandma's potato salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, small, waxy
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled, diced
  • 250 g mayonnaise
  • 250 g meat salad
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

My son’s favorite salad

Wash and boil the potatoes. Peel while still hot and let cool. Finely chop the onions. Cut the cold potatoes into sticks and place them in a bowl with the onions. Season with white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Then stir in the eggs. Mix everything well. Finally, stir in the mayonnaise and meat salad. Let it sit for a good 2 hours.
