Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base, sponge cake base, homemade or bought
  • 10 sheets of gelatin (white)
  • 200 ml natural yogurt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pack of instant drink powder (orange)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 400 ml cream
  • Fruit topping of your choice
  • 1 pack of cake glaze, clear
  • ¼ liter apple juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Preparation: Place a cake ring around the base, soak the gelatin, whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Prepare the fruit: e.g., melon, make melon balls, halve grapes, drain the mandarins, etc. Mix together the yogurt, sugar, and drink powder, stir in the dissolved gelatin, and finally fold in the stiffly whipped cream. Spread the cream on the base and carefully arrange the prepared fruit on top (as you like). Then refrigerate the cake for 2 hours. Once the 2 hours are up, prepare the glaze with apple juice and sugar, let it cool slightly, and pour it over the fruit.
