Banana shake with coconut milk

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), very ripe
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ can coconut milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 4 scoops of ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • n. B. sugar
  • Cream (spray cream)
  • chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Puree the banana, gradually adding the milk, cream, cinnamon, coconut milk, and egg. Sweeten slightly, but not too much, as the ice cream will add a little sweetness. Finally, briefly stir in the vanilla ice cream. Pour the shake into four tall glasses, top with whipped cream, and garnish with chocolate sprinkles. Enjoy immediately!
