Whiskey Butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp honey, liquid
  • 2 tbsp Irish whiskey
  • Pepper, black from the mill
  • Sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

perfect with steaks and anything else grilled

Pour the lukewarm butter into a bowl. Add the honey and whiskey to the butter. Finely chop the onion and garlic and add them. Mix everything thoroughly with a fork. Season to taste with pepper and sea salt. Chill in a small container in the refrigerator.
