Curry – Vanilla – Nuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 ml water
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 125 g sugar
  • 100 g peanuts, roasted and shelled
  • 100 g walnuts, peeled

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring the water, sugar, scraped vanilla pod, and curry powder to a boil in a pan. Add the nuts and cook until the liquid has evaporated and the nuts are covered with a fine crust. Caution: The nuts will brown very quickly! Pour the hot nuts onto baking paper and let them cool.
