Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 30 g porcini mushrooms, dried
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 20 g tomato(s), dried
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp flour
- 1 dl white wine
- 1 dl water (mushroom soaking water)
- 1 dl broth
- 1 dl cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch of chili
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the porcini mushrooms in a sieve and rinse thoroughly with water. Place the mushrooms in their shells and soak in hot water for 20 minutes. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Dice the tomatoes. Fry the onion, garlic, and tomatoes in hot olive oil, dust with flour, and sauté briefly. Deglaze with white wine and stir. Add the porcini mushrooms and the soaking water, top up with stock, and season with salt, pepper, and a little chili, if desired. Simmer the sauce for 10-12 minutes over medium heat. Finally, add cream to the sauce. Serve with spaghetti.
