Blue cheese cream with goat's cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g blue cheese
  • 100 g goat’s cheese with herbs
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp, heaped mayonnaise
  • 1 dashes fish sauce
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

Crumble the blue cheese with a fork. Then mix all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate for 2 hours. Season the cream with salt and pepper. Tip: This cream pairs well with BBQ and grilled oysters.
