Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp pitted olives with herbs
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • Pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or with a hand blender until creamy. It goes perfectly with fresh, slightly warm ciabatta rolls or baguette.
