Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml sparkling wine or 200 ml beer
- 150 g flour
- salt and pepper
Instructions

For frying vegetables, seafood, fish, tender meat or fruit
Separate the eggs and first whisk the egg yolks with sparkling wine or beer until smooth. Add the flour and salt to the egg yolks in a bowl and gently mix everything together. Now beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in the beaten egg whites. If the batter is too runny, carefully stir in a little more flour.
