Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 portions of feta cheese (Greek)
- 1 egg(s)
- some breadcrumbs
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- Paprika powder
Instructions

Remove the feta cheese from the package and rinse it with water. Then, beat the egg on one plate and sprinkle breadcrumbs on another. First, coat the feta cheese in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Set the deep fryer to approximately 175°C. When the oil is hot, add the saganaki and fry for approximately 3-6 minutes, depending on how crispy you like it. In the meantime, slice the onion and quarter the lemon. Remove the saganaki from the deep fryer and place it on a plate. Let it cool briefly and sprinkle with paprika. Arrange the onion slices and one or two lemon wedges on top. Serve with salad and bread.
